Characterisation of the LPS and PG and their structural determinants when bound to major proteins involved in its transport across the periplasm

Pilar will explore the structural determination of bacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and peptidoglycan (PG) obtained from symbiont and pathogenic bacteria. She will be tasked with LPS and PG epitope mapping when bound/transported by proteins.
